My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your fitness and nutrition goals as quickly and safely as possible, while making the process simple and fun. I analyze your body type, BMI, fitness level, and risk of injury to create your individualized fitness plan.
Programs start with where YOU are at now and can include sample menus, recipes, rehab exercises and life coaching to ensure the best results. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

You will love working out in this well-equipped private gym. From the outside, our gym looks like a boring, old shop. But once inside, you will be transported into a beautiful and welcoming women's wellness centre. We are completely equipped with traditional strength and cardio machines, free weights, kettlebells, suspension trainers, battle ropes and so much more! All the things that are ideal for transforming a woman's physique. Need to relax and recover? Use our incredible steam room alone or with friends.
