I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your fitness and nutrition goals as quickly and safely as possibly, while making simple and fun. I analyze your body type, BMI, fitness level, and risk of injury to create your individualized fitness plan.
Programs start with where YOU are at now and can include sample menus, recipes, rehab exercises and life coaching to ensure the best results. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

From the outside, our gym looks like a boring, old shop. But once inside, you will quickly see how we have used this simple, open interior to our advantage. Minimal machines leave room for group instruction, as well creative dumbbell, kettlebell and crossfit-style training which is ideal for transforming a woman's physique. Battle ropes, tires, sandbags and slam balls play a fun role in our special training equipment for men and women. We have just purchased some exciting, new equipment you need to try for super, effective results!
