Why Choose Group Fitness Classes?

Group Fitness classes are the perfect solution for those that are looking for a fun community to workout with. Classes are set to upbeat music and being social is encouraged! Studies have actually shown that those involved in Group Fitness classes, stick with it longer than those who try to do it on their own! They can also be a great supplement to your Personal Training or workouts as a cross-training alternative.

What Can I Expect from Beyond Basics Group Fitness Classes?

Beyond Basics classes are unique in that they are safe, fun, effective and developed by a certified fitness professional. Classes include HIIT, tabatas, and strength training circuits. Developing functional fitness, and a strong core and glutes is emphasized. Depending on the class type and number of participants, a variety of interesting equipment will be used.

Beyond Basics classes are actually more like small group training. You will get exercise options if you have an injury or condition, you can participate in fitness assessments and challenges, and get to be a part of a supportive group of women in class and through a What's App group. 

Classes range from 8-12 participants and are open to all fitness levels and abilities.

Do I Need to Be Fit to Participate?

No! Classes are designed to increase your fitness and are for all levels and abilities. Modifications for both beginner and advance participants are always given and will often include substitutions for injuries, health conditions, or concerns related to pregnancy. Listen to your body (and instructor) throughout the class.

If you have any injuries, it's always a great idea to give me a heads up beforehand so that I can advise you appropriately and you can get the most out of your class. 

Can I Drop In or Do I Need to Sign Up in Advance?

All of my fitness classes offer you the ability to sign up in advance or to drop in, as long as there is space in the class. I strongly encourage all of my participants to sign up in advance to ensure that you have a spot and so that the class can be set up appropriately for the expected number of participants.

It's My First Time - What Should I Expect?

Plan to arrive at the gym 10-15 minutes before class starts. This will give you a chance to get oriented to the gym, change and fill out all necessary paperwork. I will also show you how to properly set up any equipment needed for the class.

I provide some equipment, a water cooler and basic amenities. What you need to bring is listed under the class schedule sign-up below. 

 

What Happens After the Intro Offer?

After participating for 2 weeks, I hope you love it here as much as we do! I have a few different options based on your frequency and commitment.

EXERCISE

You can drag-and-drop it like any other Beaver Builder module. Then add all your questions with respective answers. That’s it! You can then customize the FAQ section with design settings.

In a module, you will find an option to enable schema support. Once you enable this option, FAQ schema will be automatically added to your page. In case you are using an external plugin to add schema you can keep it disabled.

The module follows Google guidelines and adds FAQ schema.
