Almost Guilt-Free Pumpkin Brownies

These brownies aren’t like some other dusty, strange tasting healthy brownies you might have tried before.


Serves 16

These brownies are so rich and moist – and almost guilt free! And simple to make. My family all enjoyed these. 


1/3 cup Coconut Flour

1/3 cup Cocoa Powder

1/3 cup Pure Pumpkin Puree

1/4 cup Coconut Oil

2 tsp Vanilla

4 eggs

1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup

Optional: Before baking top with some good quality dark chocolate or Lily’s chocolate


1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Combine coconut flour and cocoa powder

3. Whisk in the pumpkin, coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend well.

4. Pour batter into a 9 x 9 greased pan, and bake for 28-35 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean

5. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
